The TOTW 8 prediction, expected on November 4, is now available. Electronic Arts usually releases the Team of the Week cards every Wednesday for the popular Ultimate Team mode in EA FC 27.
The special cards of the players selected for the eighth Team of the Week will be available in UT 27 packs for a limited time.
Players selected for TOTW 8 will receive a special version of their card, featuring an improved overall rating and upgraded stats compared to their current rare gold base card.
The new cards can be obtained by opening packs while the team is available in Ultimate Team, giving players the opportunity to add some of the standout performers from the latest weekend of real-world football to their squads.
Among the main candidates are Moroccan right-back Achraf Hakimi of Paris Saint-Germain, English right winger Morgan Rogers of Chelsea, Brazilian striker Evanilson of Bournemouth, and Bosnian centre-forward Ermedin Demirović of Stuttgart.
Throughout the weekend, we will review all the matches and provide a list of players who could be included in TOTW 8.
All players who make a decisive contribution to their team’s result by scoring goals or providing assists will be added to the list of candidates.
The TOTW is one of the longest-running and most popular promotions among fans of the community who mainly play Ultimate Team. This squad celebrates the performances of players in real-world football.
The Team of the Week is made up of players who stand out for their performances in matches played in their respective domestic leagues or while representing their senior national teams.

Season 2: FC Heritage celebrates the history of Football Ultimate Team and the community that has helped shape it over the years. The season pays tribute to fan favourites, players who have become regular choices in many squads, and iconic Campaigns that have left their mark on EA SPORTS FC.
Inspired by Hall of FUT, FC Heritage Player Items recognise players who have been part of some of FUT’s most memorable items and moments. They also feature current fan favourites who are building their reputation and could earn a place in the Hall in the future.
You can earn FC Heritage Player Items and other themed rewards by progressing through the Season Pass, taking part in Live Events, and more.
Season 2 of EA SPORTS FC 27 Football Ultimate Team introduces new Standard and Premium Ladders packed with rewards. These include up to 16 FC Heritage Player Items celebrating active players who have helped define FUT culture.
Progress through the Standard Ladder to unlock FC Heritage rewards featuring Botafogo’s Allan, Manchester United’s Fridolina Rolfö, and Charlotte FC’s Allan Saint-Maximin, who awaits you at Level 30.
The Premium Pass offers further rewards, including Abha’s Nabil Fekir and Real Madrid’s Athenea, with Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford waiting at Level 30. Other rewards include retro Ultimate Scream shells, themed Evolutions, Packs, and more.
The Daily Knockout Tournament is back for FC Heritage, bringing another familiar FUT challenge to Season 2. Face other players in PvP knockout matches as Ultimate Team brings back another part of its history.
Compete every week throughout the Season to earn additional rewards, including an FC Heritage Player Item, Coins, and untradeable Packs.
Celebrate FUT history through the FC Heritage Circuit, a connected series of five Single Player Live Events. By taking part, you can earn FC Heritage Player Items, Coins, and untradeable Packs. The full Circuit launches at the beginning of Season 2, with each stage unlocking as you progress.
Choose your preferred difficulty in the Kick Off Event, then work your way through three themed Events: Ultimate Scream on Semi-Pro, Hall of FUT: Unleashed on Professional, and Thunderstruck on World Class. Each stage features nostalgic opponents, rewards to collect, and a new challenge to complete.
Your next goal is to qualify for the final Tournament, which consists of three rounds. The difficulty rises from Professional to World Class before culminating in a Legendary final that will put your skills to the test.
Season 2 also brings the first major expansion of FUT Gallery, adding more than 60 new Sets. These include new League and Club Sets for MLS, NWSL, and the Roshn Saudi League. Submit Sets to increase your Gallery Level and unlock new rewards throughout Season 2.
