Sloclap has announced a new collaboration featuring content that will be available with the release of Rematch Season 5. If you’ve been playing Rematch, watching Blue Lock, or both, then September 24 is your day.
Season 5 runs through October 23 and brings a full collaboration with a new mode, a free pass, cosmetics, and bundles for four of the biggest names from the first season of the Blue Lock anime.
The biggest addition this season is Aura Striker, a limited-time 3v3 mode built around breaking your own limits, which is a key part of Blue Lock.
Build your Aura gauge over time and by making interceptions, then activate it to get a major boost to running speed and shot power.
Aura only lasts for a limited time, so using it at the right moment can change the match in just a few seconds. On top of that, stamina is unlimited, allowing you to stay in the action throughout the entire match.
Goalkeeping is handled automatically, so your focus will be on both defense and offense. With Aura available, every possession can change the game.
Log in and get the free Ego Boost Bundle, which includes a full set of cosmetics along with a player profile set.
There is also a free Event Pass available throughout the entire season. Play Aura Striker, Casual, or Ranked, complete the challenges, and unlock profile cosmetics, a Blue Lock-themed ball, a VR arena, and more along the way.
Full character premium bundles are available for:
- Yoichi Isagi
- Meguru Bachira
- Seishiro Nagi
- Rin Itoshi
Each bundle includes a full skin, a signature celebration, and a matching player card. There is also a bundle that includes all four characters at once if you want to get them all.
Gameplay Improvements
Every season comes with a series of improvements designed to make Rematch better after each major update.
This time, Goalkeeper dives have been reworked to give players more control between short and long dives. The update also includes volley cancels, a stamina rework, and changes to tackle interactions.
