The Title Update 1.0.3 for EA FC 27 has been announced. The second corrective patch will be available to download starting Friday, October 2, for PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
The update does not include any gameplay fixes, meaning that neither the competitive gameplay in Ultimate Team nor the realistic gameplay in Career Mode will be affected.
This update introduces several fixes and changes to the most played modes, including Ultimate Team, Career, and The Grounds. Some annoying issues that affected the gaming experience have been resolved.
In addition, some fixes have been implemented to improve game stability, as the game could occasionally close unexpectedly. Below is the complete list of fixes included in Title Update 1.0.3, released by the Canadian software company.
Ultimate Team
Addressed the following issues:
- When accessing Moments challenges, a loading screen requiring a title restart could have occurred in certain situations.
- Female managers could appear incorrectly in cutscenes.
- Unintended match settings could have been changed in Squad Battles.
The Grounds
Made the following changes:
- Improved matchmaking reliability in The Grounds.
Addressed the following issues:
- Some 5 Star Skill Moves could not be used in certain game modes.
- Players in the Goal Control kickabout could occasionally become stuck on a wall.
Career Mode
Addressed the following issues:
- In some cases during Manager Career, players may have secretly requested a transfer without sending any prior messages or complaints, even if their morale was high.
General, Audio, and Visual
Made the following changes:
- Updated some stadium themes, kits and text.
Addressed the following issues:
- Addressed various stability issues that could have occurred.
- Transferring a player from the Club Transfers menu could sometimes cause them to be duplicated.

Season 1 of FC 27 Ultimate Team celebrates the biggest transfers of the summer window with dynamic Ones To Watch player items that can improve throughout the season based on the performances of players in their new Clubs.
Ones To Watch items will be upgraded when the player receives a performance-based special item, such as Team Of The Week, Player Of The Month or Star Performer, and if their team wins 3 of their next 6 league matches starting from Friday, September 18. All Ones To Watch items start with a minimum rating of 83 OVR.
